Know someone who could benefit from our services? Simply refer a business to Big Yellow Fishes, and if they sign up to our monthly subscription plan, and continue with us into a second month of contract, we will send you a thank you with a £1000 reward.

Affiliate Programme Terms of Use
Big Yellow Fishes operates an affiliate programme that allows approved partners to earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links.
Application & Approval
All affiliate applications are subject to review. Big Yellow Fishes reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Being in the programme does not guarantee a continued partnership.
Right to Refuse or Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any affiliate at any time and for any reason. This includes but is not limited to affiliates who misrepresent our services, engage in spammy or unethical marketing practices, damage our brand reputation, or are otherwise not a good fit for our business.
Commission & Payment
Commission rates will be outlined at the point of acceptance into the programme. Commissions are only payable once a referred client has remained an active, paying customer of Big Yellow Fishes for a minimum of two consecutive months. If a referred client cancels, requests a refund, or otherwise leaves before the two-month qualifying period is complete, no commission will be due. Big Yellow Fishes reserves the right to adjust commission rates, payment schedules, or programme terms at any time with reasonable notice. We also reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions on disputed or fraudulent transactions.
How You Represent Us
Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about Big Yellow Fishes or our services. Any marketing materials, copy, or content used to promote our services must accurately reflect what we offer. We reserve the right to request the removal of any content that does not meet our standards.
Liability
Big Yellow Fishes is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from your participation in the affiliate programme.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
